GARMENT CARE
At Babbaki, all our garments are made with natural fibers, mainly cotton voile, chosen for its coolness and softness against the skin.
Each piece has been handcrafted by expert artisans using the traditional block print technique, with natural dyes.
To preserve its shape, color, and texture season after season, we recommend following the instructions on the label:
- Before first use, hand wash the garment separately with cold water and salt, without soaking. Add approximately three handfuls of salt, stir the water well, and rinse immediately with plenty of cold water.
- Except for tie-dye models, which should always be hand washed, the rest of the garments can be machine washed on a delicate cycle from the second wash onwards, always with cold water and mild detergent.
- Always wash the garment inside out to protect the print.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron at a low temperature and inside out.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number (e.g., #2222) and the subject: We have received your order at BABBAKI!
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from the shipping company customer.service@shipius.com with the shipment reference code and a link to track your shipment and even modify some delivery details.
How can I exchange or return an online purchase?
You can easily exchange models and/or sizes if you live in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Simply send us an email to hola@babbaki.com indicating your order reference and the product you wish to exchange. When you contact us to make the exchange, we will explain that there are two options:
For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer a home exchange service for €6, which covers shipping costs. With this service, we'll send you the items you want, and at the same time as the delivery, we'll collect the items you don't want, completing the exchange in one go. Payment is processed via the email address above.
You have 14 days to return your item. To process a return or exchange, you can request a scheduled collection via the following link: https://go.ifreturns.com/es/babbaki
Please note that the collection cost will be deducted from the refund; in mainland Spain the cost is €5.
If you wish to send it yourself, it must be certified and inform us by email at hola@babbaki.com. If you are in Barcelona, you can return it directly to our physical store (Alt de gironella 12, 08017).
Items from the Archive sales and items with discounts of 40% or more are only eligible for exchange. In case of return, a voucher for the same amount will be issued, with no expiration date.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
In store: it's usually immediate, otherwise, it may take up to 48 hours (business days) to process the return and confirm your refund.
Home collection: Your package may take up to 4 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within a maximum of 48 hours (business days). You will receive the refund in your account within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your bank.
