Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number (e.g., #2222) and the subject: We have received your order at BABBAKI!
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from the shipping company customer.service@shipius.com with the shipment reference code and a link to track your shipment and even modify some delivery details.
How can I exchange or return an online purchase?
You can easily exchange models and/or sizes if you live in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Simply send us an email to hola@babbaki.com indicating your order reference and the product you wish to exchange. When you contact us to make the exchange, we will explain that there are two options:
For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer a home exchange service for €6, which covers shipping costs. With this service, we'll send you the items you want, and at the same time as the delivery, we'll collect the items you don't want, completing the exchange in one go. Payment is processed via the email address above.
You have 14 days to return your item. To process a return or exchange, you can request a scheduled collection via the following link: https://go.ifreturns.com/es/babbaki
Please note that the collection cost will be deducted from the refund; in mainland Spain the cost is €5.
If you wish to send it yourself, it must be certified and inform us by email at hola@babbaki.com. If you are in Barcelona, you can return it directly to our physical store (Alt de gironella 12, 08017).
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
In store: it's usually immediate, otherwise, it may take up to 48 hours (business days) to process the return and confirm your refund.
Home collection: Your package may take up to 4 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within a maximum of 48 hours (business days). You will receive the refund in your account within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your bank.

· 3-4 working days: rest of Europe, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
5-7 working days Canary Islands
