Refund policy
BABBAKI’s goal is to ensure the full satisfaction of its customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) or request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.

Once the return package has arrived at BABBAKI, the purchase amount minus the pickup fee will be refunded, and you will receive a confirmation email.
BABBAKI does not cover customs fees. The customer must pay them in advance. If unpaid, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer wishes to return the package using their own shipping method, they may do so provided that the shipment is sent by registered mail and that we have been informed in advance by email of their intention to return the item.

We are not responsible for returns sent without prior notice or without a tracking number.
Items with discounts of 40% or more are eligible for exchange only. In case of return, a store credit will be issued for the same amount, with no expiration date.

Returns are also accepted in person at our Barcelona store: c/ Alt de Gironella 12.
